Welcome to Lipi Toolkit !
Lipi Toolkit (LipiTk) is an open source toolkit for
online Handwriting Recognition (HWR), created by
HP Labs India.
Lipi Toolkit is available for Windows, Linux and Android
platforms. It includes the Core Toolkit, a set of algorithms for
handwriting recognition, Lipi Designer, a GUI tool for creating
recognizers for custom shapes, and the Alphanumeric Character
Recognizer.
At this site, you will also find
Lipi Recognizers for
other character sets, dataset tools for creating large handwriting datasets, and
a collection of resources for handwriting recognition.
